Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kusbilo mobile application (the "App"), operated by Kusbilo ("Kusbilo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders on Kusbilo. You're responsible for keeping your OTP and account access secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact below if you suspect unauthorised use.

2. Kusbilo is a marketplace

Kusbilo connects independent local sellers with buyers. Products listed on the App are owned, priced, and fulfilled by individual sellers, not by Kusbilo directly, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Kusbilo is not the manufacturer of the products sold and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by sellers, though we require sellers to comply with applicable law and our seller guidelines.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy the listed item(s) at the displayed price. An order is confirmed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation in the App. Sellers may occasionally be unable to fulfil part of an order (e.g. out of stock) — in that case we'll notify you and adjust or refund the affected item(s).

4. Pricing & payments

Prices shown in the App are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and may change from time to time at the seller's discretion. Payments can be made via UPI, supported cards, or Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Payments made via UPI/cards are processed by our third-party payment partner; Kusbilo does not store your full payment credentials.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines shown in the App (including live tracking ETAs) are estimates and may vary due to factors like traffic, weather, or seller preparation time. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate — delays caused by incorrect address details are not Kusbilo's responsibility.

6. Cancellations, returns & refunds

Cancellation windows, replacement eligibility, and refund timelines vary by product category and are shown on the product page (e.g. "48 hours only replacement" for perishables, "72 hours only replacement" for other categories). Full details are in our Refund Policy.

7. Terms for sellers

If you register as a seller on Kusbilo, you additionally agree to:

• List only products you're legally entitled to sell, with accurate descriptions, pricing, and stock levels
• Fulfil confirmed orders promptly and in the condition described
• Comply with all applicable food safety, weights & measures, and consumer protection laws
• Not use buyer contact information for anything other than fulfilling their order

Kusbilo reserves the right to remove listings or suspend seller accounts that violate these terms or receive a pattern of verified complaints.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the voice-ordering or review features to submit false information; attempt to access another user's account; interfere with the App's normal operation; or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kusbilo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including issues with a specific seller's product quality — our role is to facilitate the marketplace and delivery, and we'll assist in good faith with resolving disputes between buyers and sellers.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the App. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
